Board edger infeed table

Equipped with pass/turn loaders on each side so that boards can be loaded on the infeed wane up. Board positioning is accomplished using linear positioning pins and chains. Knurled rolls ensure smooth transfer to the edger.

Combination gang/edger infeed table

Equipped with a linear positioner controlled line bar fence and pop-up vertical press roll for aligning and feeding 3- and 4-sided cants. Pop up positioning pins are used to align 2-sided cants and edger boards. The split bed rolls, and split loading chains allow the operator to load and position boards as a cant is being fed through the gang side of the machine.

Pre-positioning edger infeed

Allows the operator to align and position the board while the previous board is being fed through the edger–a real time saver. This infeed is the perfect blend of PLC Controls and machinery for those mills wanting more capacity along with increased grade and recovery.
