Trimmer Systems include:
- Laser Beam Assembly: With seventeen (17) lasers mounted on a sliding frame with linear positioner cylinder and support legs; lasers are spaced on 1′-0 increments (minus 1′-0, 0′-0 to 16′-0)
- Shifting Gate Linear Positioner: linear positioner cylinder for mounting on the trimmer gate
- Hydraulic Power Unit: 7.5 HP HPU for linear positioner application
- PLC Control: modules for controlling two linear positioner cylinders; includes additional I/O necessary to control the unscrambler, trimmer sequencing and control including trimmer pre-positioning
- Joy Stick Controls: for infinite positioning of lasers
- Console: Pre-wired console with all push buttons and switched required to operate the equipment
