- Fill – The remaining wood in a log can be automatically filled out, saving time and increasing recovery
- Two Axis Memory – Used to grade saw around a log, this allows the sawyer to return to a previously sawn face
- Set Accuracy – The PLC constantly monitors stopping distance for increasingly more accurate sets resulting in well-manufactured lumber and increased recovery.
- Set Programming – Set sizes are conveniently entered at the saws console
- Set Selection – Ten sets are available and can be entered as either board or cant settings; all sets are adjustable to 0.001″
- Sawyer’s Display – Located on the console for easy viewing, the display shows knee position, set size, next set size, and system messages
- Safety Limits – Programmable safety limits for forward, reverse, dog extend, taper, and log dog are included
- Sawyer’s Console – Prewired serial console minimizes wiring and includes all necessary sawyer’s controls for the carriage
