Brownsville Turners
The most efficient way go turn logs and cants down 90° rather than the conventional 270°. Utilizing a two-stage in/out cylinder and a 5″ life cylinder (6″ optional), these rugged turners will handle the job and increase your productivity. Available on our Super and Heavy Duty models.
Cant Turn Downs
An economical alternative to Brownsville Turners, these turners are designed primarily for our Standard Straight Line and Heavy Duty Straight Carriages. Suitable for mills that want the ability to turn small and medium-size logs down 90°, these turners have a 4″ lift cylinder and can be equipped with an optional extend cylinder.
Log Dogs
Corley offers two models of log dogs to assist in handling oversize or irregular logs. The one-cylinder model utilizes an air cylinder to dog the log from both top and bottom and is available on all Corley carriages. The larger Sumner Log Dog is available on Super Straight Line Carriages and has a 5″ dogging cylinder and extend/cinch.
On-Board Chain Turners
These turners are adept and turning a wide range of log diameters. Primarily used on tilted carriages in applications turning 180°, our chain turners utilize airlift chains located by each knee and a heavy-duty electric drive that is suitable for rapid cycling.
Cant Kickers
Corley’s rugged punch-type cant kickers are built using our simple straight-line design–eliminating pivot points and simplifying maintenance.
Automatic Lubrication
Equip your carriage with AutoLube to ensure longer life and accuracy. Controlled by the Lewis Controls Package, your carriage will be lubricated based on the amount of use rather than the timing intervals. Quick disconnect hosing makes service fast and easy.
